- Extensive basement demolition including kitchens, CMU walls, coolers and steel stairs
- Complete removal of all MEP systems, including large electrical equipment and rooftop mechanical units
- Removal of service elevator and all components
- Structural modification to elevator shaft at all levels
- Basement concrete slab removal for new underground utilities
